Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by e-mail or post.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.
We will not reimburse any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
Returning the Goods
If a return is permitted under this policy, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the applicable law provides otherwise.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Returned products must be in a condition that allows us to verify their condition and, where applicable, must include all original packaging, labels and accessories.
Made-to-Order Clothing
All clothing items available through our shop are made to order.
This means that clothing is not taken from pre-produced stock. Each garment is produced specifically following the customer's order and is manufactured only after the order has been placed.
Due to the individual production of these garments, made-to-order clothing is not eligible for return or exchange simply because the customer has selected the wrong size, colour, fit or other product option, where the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded under applicable consumer law for goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
The applicable exclusion of the right of withdrawal will be indicated to the customer before the order is completed.
For this reason, we strongly recommend that you carefully check all available product information, including:
- Size and measurements
- Colour
- Product specifications
- Available variants
- Any other information displayed on the product page

Once production of a made-to-order garment has started, we cannot guarantee that changes to the size, colour or other specifications can be made.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
The exclusion of returns for made-to-order clothing does not affect your statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming products.
If a product arrives:
- damaged;
- defective;
- incorrectly manufactured;
- materially different from the product ordered; or
- otherwise not in conformity with the contract,

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, clear photographs showing the problem.
We will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide instructions for returning the product and offer the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
A product that has been correctly manufactured and delivered but was ordered in the wrong size, colour or variant by the customer is not considered defective or incorrectly manufactured.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct size or product exchanges.
For made-to-order clothing, we cannot accept exchanges due to an incorrect size, colour or other customer selection.

Other Products
Products that are not made-to-order clothing may be subject to the statutory right of withdrawal described above, unless a specific legal exception applies.
For these products, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies where required by applicable consumer law.
The right of withdrawal does not affect any statutory warranty or consumer rights that may apply in the event of defective, damaged or non-conforming goods.
